Working with Carla is blowing my mind:
Last night I went to a business networking event. Normally, I would have eaten something to soothe my nerves.
They had some appetizers. I ate 3 small pieces and left it there. I went to my friend’s place and had a peach. Normally, I would have binge ate to deal with my feelings. I didn’t need to.
It was uncomfortable to not binge eat. I tapped my way through the discomfort using the phrases Carla created for me.
This discomfort passed.
I am incredibly grateful for what I didn’t do — I didn’t binge eat. Something I’ve done for 30 years.
I am finally seeing that it is possible to break old habits and to become the person I’ve dreamed of being. I am becoming free. And it is a glorious feeling.

She worked her magic on me and helped me transform a situation that was triggering my insecurity and low self-esteem. She skillfully honed in on the negative belief that I was buying into and tapped with me to release the power of those beliefs in my subconscious mind. She led me through to the other side where I felt joy, a release of all the negativity, and confidence! I ended the session standing strongly in my power believing in my gifts and talents. I was fortunate enough to take the chakra course with Carla. For me it was something transcendental. I’m 77 years old and it’s not the first time I’ve worked on my chakras, but I’ve never understood them like I did with Carla and I’ve certainly never had the results I did. I live alone and frequently I used to feel alone, abandoned, unprotected, sad. 

After the course I feel very happy, happy with my life and satisfied with myself same. I understood that my ancestors are an important part of me, that I always have the strength I inherited from them.

Carla’s coaching was liberating for me, receiving information about my relationship with the economy from all levels of my being took the weight of anguish and stress off money; it also helped me to greatly improve the relationship with myself and with the people closest to me. I also understood how there is a connection of my current economic status with my family history and it helped me clear my mind of cobwebs.

Tapping, which is part of the process, is indispensable, as well as the other exercises in the course.

Carla took me step by step to change my economy and my perception of scarcity and abundance; this has since brought a healthier and happier relationship with myself and my environment.

Getting to know which are my financial traumas and my paradigms regarding money has been really enriching, since it deeply clarifies the reason for my discouragement to start a project in which I have a lot of faith and that I am sure will be a success.

Carla has taught me how to give a name to things, feelings, and emotions in order to change my approach to them. Now, I’m more than ready to take on what has been going around in my head for so long and get down to work to get to the success I’ve wanted; specially from the point of view of self-realization, which I know will be reflected in the financial income that I have always dreamed of and that now, I am sure I deserve.

Carla has been my coach since April 2020. She has uncovered deep levels of childhood traumatic experiences that I wasn’t aware of. She helped me reveal them and tapped with me to release the stuck energy. It is amazing how she knows exactly what to say during the tapping session to facilitate healing! Once, when I had a tragic event just before her session, she immediately performed a ritual and listened to me. It was very comforting; she guided and supported me perfectly past the trauma I was experiencing at the beginning of our session. My priority has always been to show up for my clients and not cancel on them. Today, that same value showed up differently—by choosing safety and not abandoning myself. I was holding space for myself instead of operating from toxic money energy.
